Sweet Potato or Pumpkin Porridge
Ingredients:
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml)
¼ tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
¼ cup mashed sweet potato OR pumpkin purée (~ 60g)
2 tsp maple syrup
¼ tsp lemon zest
toppings such as nuts, vegan yogurt, extra cinnamon or maple syrup
