Spiced Overnight Oats
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
1 tsp chia seeds (or flax seeds)
1 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp roasted hazelnuts (or other nuts)
1 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp sweetener a pinch of salt
⅓ cup non dairy milk (80ml)
⅓ cup non dairy yogurt, plain (80ml)
½ tsp orange zest, ½ tsp lemon zest (optional but recommended!)
a handful of dried fruit, chopped (optional)
