Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
half of a small sweet potato, cooked (100-125g)
¼ cup cashews, soaked in water overnight (40g)
¼ tsp vanilla
¼ tap cinnamon
2-3 tbsp plain vegan yogurt (optional) ⅓ cup non dairy milk (80ml)
toppings like chia seeds, granola, nut butter etc
