Gluten Free Oat Pancakes
Ingredients:
For the apple sauce:
3-4 apples, peeled and cut into chunks ¼ tsp cinnamon
enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, about 1/3 cup (80ml)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sweetener, optional
For the pancakes:
1 cup oats, small cut (90g)
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tap cinnamon
a pinch of salt
½ cup non d milk (125ml)
2 ½ tbsp apple sauce
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 ½ tbsp raw sugar

*cook the pancakes on medium high
