Cozy Tofu and Bean Chilli
→ 4 servings (can easily be doubled if you need to make more)
→ for a richer flavor saute the onion, pepper and tofu crumbles in 1 tsp olive oil before adding the remaining ingredients
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 block of smoked tofu, crumbled up with your hands (200-300g) (7-10 oz)
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup of vegetable broth (250ml)
1 can kidney beans (240g)
2 tbsp ketchup
1 cup marinara sauce (250ml)
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
salt, pepper to taste
1 cup of millet, dry (200g)
