Red Bean Burgers
→ makes 6-8 burgers, depending on the size
Ingredients:
- 1 can kidney beans
- ⅓ cup walnuts, 40g
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp of olive oil to fry the onion/garlic (or use water)
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp oats, rolled (65g)
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard salt to taste, if needed
*extra olive oil if you choose to fry the burgers
