Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of bread or 2 buns
- 2-3 yellow onions
- 1 tsp olive or coconut oil
- 1 avocado + juice of ½ lemon
- ½ block of smoked tofu, firm (100g) (3,5oz)
- salt, pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp hummus
- a sprinkle of nutritional yeast
- a handful of lettuce
- pickles
