BBQ Tempeh Sandwich
→ makes enough for 4 sandwiches!
Ingredients:
- 1 block of plain tempeh
- 1 cup plain unsweetened vegan yogurt (250ml) (I recommend the alpro protein one or the plain ones by provamel)
- 1-2 tbsp bbq sauce
- juice ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, cut into quarters
- 1-2 tsp oil for brushing the pan
For the sandwiches:
- bread of choice
- avocado
- sprouts
- pieces of red onion
- the rest of the marinate
