1 ½ cups small cut oats (135g)
⅓ tsp salt 2 tbsp flax seeds
1 mashed banana
3 1/2 tbsp raw sugar
3 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1-3 tbsp non dairy milk, if needed
a handful of almonds, roughly chopped
