Baked Banana and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal
1 medium sized banana, mashed
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
a pinch of salt
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp chocolate chips (more if you want)
2 tbsp non dairy milk
2-3 tsp agave or maple or rice syrup
vegan yogurt for the top
*serves 1 or 2 as a dessert/snack
