Sweet Potato Pasta:

- 1-2 sweet potatoes

- pasta (I used 100g uncooked)

- juice of 1 Lemon

- a dash of black pepper

- a handful of fresh basil

- 1 Tbsp agave syrup

- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
