Malfoy´s Green Apple Cauldron Cakes
ingredients:
120 g flour (1 cup)
40 g unsweetened cocoa (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
180g sugar (1 cup minus 1 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla
85g cold vegan butter (2,99oz) = 1/3 cup melted vegan butter (80ml)
1/3 cup plain soy yogurt (80ml)
1/2 cup apple juice (125ml)
yields 11 little cakes, baked in a muffin tin, then turned upside down after cooling
