Harry Potter Recipes: Chocolate Lavender Cakes
→ 9-10 mini cakes (fill up the molds ¾ of the way)
1 ⅓ cups spelt flour + 1 tbsp (160g + 1 tbsp)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp cacao, unsweetened
1 cup ‘strong brewed’ lavender tea, or sleeping tea (250ml)
¼ cup melted vegan butter (60ml)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp vanilla ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp raw sugar (90g)
⅓ cup chocolate chunks (55g)
chocolate glaze (optional)
⅓ cup chocolate chips (55g)
2-3 drops lavender oil (make sure it's culinary lavender oil and therefore edible)
