Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:

- 1 vegan egg = 1 tbsp chia/flax/psyllium husks seeds + 3-4 tbsp water

- 240g or 1 1/2 cups of cooked black beans

- 2 heaping tbsp cacao powder

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- a pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp strong coffee

- 1/2 cup raw sugar (= 125g)

- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk (= 80ml)

- 3 tbsp melted vegan butter

- 2 tbsp flour (spelt or all purpose)
