Cauliflower Steaks and Potatoes
ingredients:
3-4 medium-sized yellow potatoes
1 medium-sized cauliflower
olive oil for the cauliflower
for the marinade:
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ cup water (60ml), add more as it’s simmering to adjust the consistency
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 ½ tbsp date syrup or other liquid sweeteners
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp miso paste
pinch of salt
spices of choice
for serving:
vegan butter, fresh parsley
