Creamy Broccoli Soup + BBQ Chickpeas

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup cashews (80g)

- 1 medium sized onion (or 2 small ones)

- 2 cloves garlic

- 1 medium sized broccoli

- 1 1/2 cups yellow potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (250g)

- 1 tsp thyme chili flakes to taste

- 4 cups veggie broth (1 litre)

- salt, pepper to taste

- a handful of fresh parsley

BBQ Chickpeas:

- 1 cup chickpeas (200g)

- smoked paprika, dried herbs, black pepper, seasoned salt

- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce (80ml)

- 1-2 Tbsp water
