⅓ cup yellow lentils, uncooked (67g)
½ cup quinoa, uncooked (85g)
1 ⅔ cup vegetable broth, more if needed (410ml)

1-2 avocados
lemon juice
fresh spinach or other green
marinara or pizza sauce
hummus
hot sauce
