Cherry Vanilla Porridge (or cake flavoured)
ingredients:
⅓ cup small cut oats (30g)
a generous pinch of salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla or a couple drops of vanilla aroma
2 tsp chia seeds or semi ground flax seeds
2 tsp sweetener of choice
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
1 ½ tbsp vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch + 3 tbsp water/non dairy milk
handful of frozen cherries
a splash of vegan cream, optional
toppings of choice
