Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup + 1 tbsp small cut oats (100g)
½ cup ground almonds (50g)
⅓ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp semi ground flax seeds
½ cup peanut butter (125g)
1 ½ tbsp melted coconut oil
3 ½ tbsp liquid sweetener (rice, agave, maple, date syrup)
1 tsp vanilla
extra add ins: a handful of apple chunks, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips etc
*yields 10 - 12 small ish cookies
