The night before…
½ cup small cut oats (45g)
a pinch of salt
½ tbsp semi ground flax or chia seeds
¾ tsp clementine, orange zest
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter
3 tbsp vegan yogurt
½ cup non-dairy milk (80 ml)
2 tsp agave
The next morning…
the overnight oats
1 banana, frozen
¼ cup extra non-dairy milk, more if needed (60ml)
