Tofurella Wraps

For the tofu:

1 block tofu, firm, plain (200g)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried italian herbs

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 ½ tbsp olive oil

2 tsp balsamic glaze

1 tsp agave salt to taste, I added ¾ tsp pepper to taste

→ this makes enough tofurella for 4 wraps

For the wraps:

tortillas

hummus

sunflower seeds

sprouts

greens fresh

basil

tomato, cut into slices

hummus pesto sauce: 1 tbsp hummus, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp vegan pesto

more ideas: avocado, chickpeas, pickles, lettuce, olives etc
