Vanilla & Hemp Rice Pudding

→ yields 2 servings

→ can easily be doubled to have breakfast for a couple of days

Ingredients:

- 130g short cut rice, milchreis ( ½ cup + 1 tbsp)

- 2 cups non dairy milk (500ml)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract a pinch of salt

- 1 tbsp maple sugar/maple syrup

- 2-3 Tbsp hemp seeds

- toppings of choice: peanut butter, almond butter, berries, granola, mulberries etc.
