Apple Pancakes
*this makes enough for 1-2 portions
Ingredients:
- 2-3 apples**
- 3/4 cup spelt flour (95g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp apple sauce, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp lemon juice + a bit more for squeezing on top of the apples
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (125ml)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp
- agave syrup
- 1-2 tsp coconut oil for greasing
Notes: **the apple slices should be about 5-10mm thick
